 This week you are introduced to the importance of teams, and you will share about your experiences working in teams, preferably workplace teams.

This week’s resources cover what a team is, why a team is important, and what teams do. What are some of the best experiences you’ve had working as a team? Why were they so successful? What was the worst team experience you’ve had? What made it tough to be on that team?


 Please respond to the following:

  •  Explain how you expect this course(OPERATION MGMT)  will help you move forward in your current or future career.
  • From the Zappos video, analyze the role that customer service plays in business and determine the service management skills at Zappos. Evaluate the different way(s) that Zappos creates a superior customer service experience. Evaluate how operations and management activities impact the management of goods and services that Zappos provides.
